1) Booking Policy:

 Children and extra beds

a) Extra bed depends on the room you choose. Please check the capacity of each room for more details. With the minimum age of guests is: 0 years old.

b) Infants 0-8 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds.

c) Children 8 years and above are considered as adults i.e. must use an extra bed which will incur an additional charge.

 In 1 Deluxe or Superior room has a capacity of 2 people, except under the age of 8 years can count as a capacity of 3 people.

2) Cancellation Policy

 No refund & reschedule

 Room reservations cannot be refunded or rescheduled. If you do not come to the accommodation for check-in, you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given.

 Amounts from the use of gift vouchers or promos cannot be refunded.
